Maybe I expected too much. The first part has some nice ideas, e.g. the game or the piano, which unfortunately remain ideas. Moreover the first part seems more like maybe an Andrew Blake film (others might call it boring, but that weren't fair...), whereas the second part is no different from an upper-floor-shoot and has nothing to do with the storyline. Why there has to be this scene with brother and sister, I don't know. But this is of course my personal opinion; and there are lots of great things as well: Madison Young (best looking right at the beginning!!) is worth every "kink". The performers do indeed act pretty well and there are some really nice angles and pictures. Costumes and details (plus music) show, how ambitious this project was. The story line is (apart from the UF scenes) intelligent and sort of mainstream (even though as far as I'm concerned, it is witless to tell the story "anti-chronistic", but perhaps I'm just not smart enough for that ;). As an apology for the upper-floor-style scenes I must add that "who's-that-girl!?"'s ass getting spanked looks wonderful! So... "narrative back into adult films" - yes, "intelligent" - well, in the land of the blind... ;) "artistic" - yes (i.e. ambitious), "sexy" - yes, "story-driven" - most of it; "great acting" - let's say: not bad; "thought provoking" - oh yes. But I buy this, because I don't want to read an erotic story and have to think what could be, but to see what is. "this film represents a new direction for kink.com" - honestly, I do not hope so. To sum it up: "Good"! Please don't change the unique style that defines kink.com by returning to mainstream-porn/fetish!
